Will your anchor hold in the storms of life
When the clouds unfold their wings of strife?
When the strong tides lift and the cables strain
Will your anchor drift, or firm remain?

This standing above will call on those who are unsaved, and mention that there is a God. There are actually rest and peace and eternal life to gain. If you do not have Jesus, how are we to get by, then you have actually no chance to survive when the end comes.
He is our firm anchor, our love, our Saviour. There will be times that will not be particularly humane even if one believes in humanism-forget it and understand to find out now about what to get to without Jesus-let it brighten the heart and let Jesus move in!
